SEO Strategist

We at Pasimedia are looking for a SEO Strategist to be part of our projects. Highly analytical, and guided by a data-driven approach, our ideal candidate recognizes that link building is not simply a thing to be checked off the list but is actually more of an exercise in creativity and strategic planning to ensure that the campaigns of our global clients get the attention and audience they deserve.

Responsabilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
  • Perform on-page and off-page optimization, including meta tags, URL structure, internal linking, and backlink acquisition.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO.
  • Provide recommendations on website structure, navigation, and content optimization to improve organic visibility.
  • Monitor competitors' SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated with emerging SEO tools and technologies to evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Generate reports on SEO performance, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
  • Collaborate with paid search and social media teams to align SEO strategies with digital marketing initiatives.
  • Educate stakeholders on SEO best practices and techniques.

Requirements
  • Experience driving growth through content, linking, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and emerging SEO technologies.
  • Proficiency in on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including meta tags, keyword research, link building, and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Ability to drive consistent growth through a test-and-learn product development process.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website development principles to effectively communicate with web developers.
  • Experience leading marketing, content creators, and engineering peers for organic lead generation and awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity, tenacity, and flexibility in challenging situations.
  • Client-facing presentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Spanish.
